I consent to AFCNA capturing and using photographs, video recordings, and other media from this event for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes across print and digital channels, including the AFCNA website and social media. I understand my participation is voluntary and I may opt out by contacting AFCNA in writing.

I consent to AFCNA sharing my name, professional credentials, and email address with approved Industry Partners and event sponsors for the purpose of receiving relevant product and service communications. I understand I may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email received from those partners.

I consent to receive communications from the American Foot Care Nurses Association Corporation, including newsletters, membership updates, continuing education announcements, and organizational news. I understand I may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in all emails.

By registering, I agree to the following:

• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Registrations cancelled more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event.
• CEU Certificate: Contact hours will be awarded upon completion of the required post-conference evaluation. The name on this registration will appear on the CEU certificate exactly as entered.
• Virtual Platform: Access credentials will be emailed prior to the event. AFCNA is not responsible for technical issues on the attendee's end.
• Event Changes: AFCNA reserves the right to modify speakers, sessions, dates, or format due to circumstances beyond its control. Registered attendees will be notified promptly of any material changes.
• Code of Conduct: All participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally throughout the event. AFCNA reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this standard without refund.
